Off to the gym – I need protein before that! Very important for sport!
Today was gym day again and I actually wanted to go, I’m training with my buddy. It’s more fun when you train together. But I had another craving beforehand! I also noticed that I’d run out of protein shakes and my trainer said that protein is very, very important… Well, what’s better than freshly produced protein? 😉
