Jeans Piss Workout

Today I had actually planned to do a little workout for my summer figure, but I didn’t even feel like putting on sporty clothes and I hadn’t been to the toilet either… so it turned into a little pee workout. Resisting the pressure to pee when my bladder is full is also a kind of workout, right? 🙂
